The Rules of the Game
These terms govern your use of Arena Pro — booking sports grounds, joining and organizing tournaments, and managing venues across Nepal. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Arena Pro ("Arena", "we", "us"). Arena is Nepal's platform for booking futsal and sports grounds, participating in and organizing tournaments, and managing sports venues. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application. By accessing or using Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. To register, you provide your name and phone number, which we verify with a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Booking Sports Grounds
Arena lets players find and book futsal and sports grounds online. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the venue owner. Arena acts as the platform that connects you and processes the booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully completed through the chosen payment method.
- You are expected to arrive on time for your booked slot. Late arrivals may reduce your playing time at the venue's discretion.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by venue. Please review the policy shown at the time of booking.
- No-show bookings may be subject to charges or restrictions set by the venue owner.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways in Nepal, including eSewa, Khalti, and Connect IPS (bank transfer). Arena does not store your card or bank details.
Refunds: refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy of the venue or event you booked. Arena is not responsible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you believe a refund is due, contact the venue owner or our support team with your booking reference.
5. Tournaments and Events
Arena provides tournament organizers with tools to create tournaments, register teams, generate fixtures, and publish live scores and standings.
Players and teams:by registering for a tournament, you agree to the organizer's rules, entry fees, and schedule, and you commit to honoring your fixtures.
Organizers: organizers are responsible for their events — including rules, eligibility, refereeing, and any entry fees they collect. Arena provides the platform and tools, but the organizer remains responsible for running their event.
6. Venue Owners
Venue owners who list their grounds on Arena agree to:
- Keep their venue details, availability, and pricing accurate and up to date.
- Honor confirmed bookings made through the platform.
- Manage their venue safely and in line with local regulations.
- Use Arena's tools for managing reservations and payments, rather than asking players to pay off-platform.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information or bookings.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, players, or venue staff.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or its servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
- Reproduce or misuse content from the platform without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Arena platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of Arena Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Arena provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Arena is not a party to the agreement between players and venue owners. We are not responsible for the condition of venues, the conduct of other users, or injuries that occur during play at booked venues. Please play responsibly and follow each venue's safety rules.
10. Termination
You may stop using Arena at any time and delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify users directly. Your continued use of Arena after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
