• Sporting data: teams you join, rosters you appear in, and match statistics such as goals, assists, appearances, and ratings — so you can track your performance.
• Venue & event data (for venue owners and tournament organizers): the details you provide when listing a venue or creating a tournament, plus contact information.
• Inquiries: name, email, and phone number when you contact us through our form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and basic usage information needed to keep the platform secure and working properly.

We do not collect unnecessary sensitive information, precise location tracking, or any data that is not required to run the services you use.

When you pay for a booking, the transaction is processed by trusted third-party payment gateways such as eSewa, Khalti, and Connect IPS (bank transfer). We do not collect or store your card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials. We only receive the payment confirmation and transaction reference needed to complete your booking.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share data only where it is necessary to provide the service:

• Venue owners: when you book a ground, the venue owner sees your name and contact details to confirm your booking.
• Tournament organizers: when you register a team, the organizer sees your team and player details to manage entries and fixtures.
• Payment providers: eSewa, Khalti, Connect IPS, or other gateways process payments on our behalf.
• Service providers: hosting and infrastructure partners that keep the platform running.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.

We keep your data only for as long as it is needed. Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
